Last Sunday, my friend Jeanne and I traveled to Kingston, PA to take the Basic Level IET class. It lasted all day, from 9-6, but the day flew by. Our teacher Kathyrn Rose was wonderful. She taught the class very thoroughly, with lots of hands on experience. The attunement I experienced was very powerful and blissful. I could feel the energy right away and enjoyed giving and receiving an IET session. I have not had too much time this week to work with the energy, but I am trying to fit in some daily self-treatment and connect with Angel Ariel everyday for help with everything. As I use the energy, it seems to get stronger.
I hope to take the Intermediate level in Oct., if I can get another whole day free and others sign up to make a class.
I will write more about this amazing energy as I experiment with it.

Welcome
Welcome to my new blogspot!
I hope to publish interesting articles and information about Reiki and other energy healing modalities, spirituality, and holistic health.
I will also try to add important information on our ever changing and challenging life on Planet Earth.
I will be taking a new healing course this week, so I will be sure to write about that. Next week, I am getting a new puppy, so I will be very busy taking care of her, but I will include some puppy tails and photos too:)
