I have been attending the International Reiki Retreat over Labor Day weekend, held in upstate New York for the past seven years. Every one has been transformative and unique. This years' was definitely an important one for me because after a series of setbacks, frustrations and disapointments with my reiki practice, I was not sure I wanted to attend this year. I am so glad I made the trip. Seeing many of the friends I have made over the years and also making new ones, attending all the workshops and sharing the energy was so rejuvenating for me. It seemed as though every workshop had an important message for me. The guided meditations and gratitude ceremony were so intense, with important energies and guidance being brought in, and lots of release and healing taking place on all levels, both personally and for humanity and the earth.
As we release and heal, we raise our vibration, which in turn helps raise the vibration of everyone around us. This is so important as we head towards 2012, we are creating a New Earth with 5th dimensional energies, based on unconditional love.
Release and forgive, love yourself, heal yourself and shine your light.
